Diffusion is a multidisciplinary undergraduate research journal, accepting submissions from all undergraduate subjects in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences. We accept submissions from students who are studying at UCLan.
Publications will be selected based on merit. All work will be refereed by a peer review system.
The nature of the contributions will vary according to the discipline but could include:
- Research articles / essays
- Creative works (Fiction, Poetry, Screenplays etc.)
- Dissertation excerpts
- Reviews (Theatre, Book, film)
The maximum word count is 3,000 words
Diffusion plans to produce two issues per year: a winter issue and a summer issue.
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
